Mark Waters, The Crook From Gambling Software (Gss) Is Starting To Pay The Price! Licensees Are Jumping Ship, And We Will Keep The Pressure On Until He Pays The Winners!
Pinnace Investments, operators of 14 casinos using Gambling Software from GSS, has announced that starting January 22, their servers will be down. Pinnace plans to replace their current software. They have issued the following statement
"Dear Valued Member,
Because of several issues beyond our control we've had to temporarily suspend our operations. We know that this is a great inconvenience for many of our active members and we promise to have our technical problems resolved shortly.
As most of you know, GamblingSoftware.com has caused some major problems in both the online and offline worlds.
Due to these problems created by GSS, Pinnace Investments N.V. will be shutting off it's servers on Monday January 22nd, 2001 for a short period of time. This needed to be done to prevent GSS from stealing more of our customer base and our profits.
We are also working on relocating our web servers during this time. The servers will be moved out of the control of GSS to an undisclosed location sometime in the coming week. Integrating our new gaming software could take Pinnace anywhere from a week to a month. We will try to make this transition as painless as possible for all involved.
All monies owed to players that have completed their redemptions will be paid within the same time frame so that we can literally wipethe slate clean and start anew once our new software is in place. As many of you know, Pinnace always pays!
All player account balances will remain on deposit with Pinnace until our new gaming software is operational. Many other GSS licensees will also be trying to accomplish the same task in the near future.
Please remain patient and stay calm. Your membership is very valuable to us and we don't want to lose you. We hope that we have gained a solid reputation and a high level of trust amongst our members.

Pinnace is a member of the Online Players Association (OPA), and has a reputation for always paying their players. They have also given away monthly "voting" promotions for players who vote for them at Gambling.com.
At least one other GSS licensee has already stated that his operation will soon be using new casino software. Steve Rogers of GrandPrixSports says he is already in the process of replacing GSS software. Some twenty GSS licensees have formed a group among themselves to deal with their own problems with GSS. It remains to be seen how many operators will eventually jump ship, and how these developments will affect how GSS does business.
