Voted unanimously the most unfair company in the whole industry.
We told you that Cryptologic was a junk company that refuses to supply fundamental figures to its licensees, and just take money from their accounts with no justification whatsoever.
The shareholders are starting to pay the price, because the company used Russian programmers. They designed the most unfair accounting and reporting system we have seen in the entire industry. Now it’s time to pay, because the Australian authorities will never approve this kind of junk software, and they will need to spend millions to upgrade it to fair standards for the licensees and the players.
No need to tell you that earnings will suffer a lot. We even have serious doubts if Cryptologic can ever turn a profit if their systems were fair.
As for the millions of dollars they claimed having spent on version 3 and 4, we did our own calculations, and don’t believe they really spent that money. Don‘t forget that he Russians working there can pick up the phone, call Russia, and they will get 100 programmers ready to work for an average of $450 per month each. In Moscow, you pay $500 per month, and in remote areas about $300 per month. You work it out where is the money gone!
One licensee insisted on getting the figures he was promised, and Cryptologic answered that it will cost him $1,000per day to work on the system to extract the figures, because the figures were deleted from their systems. They were taking too much room. Even if he agreed to pay the $1,000 per day, they would still not supply the figures he was asking, but other totally useless figures.
This is the real Cryptologic. They can hire a programmer for $500 for the whole month, but insist on charging the licensee $1,000 per day to get the figures he is entitled to get in the first place.
Gambling Magazine will send a complaint to the Australian authorities and we will also publish it.
