When you are dealing with the game developer by the name of Gambling Software, you are dealing with Mark Waters, director of business development at Handa-Lopez.
Mark Waters was "ecstatic about his company's prospects" "The profit margin is incredible"
"According to Waters' own estimates, HLI is the world's largest vendor of gambling software and servers."
Mark Waters also said: "I think, optimistically, that we could be a $100 million company by the end of the year,"
Read the full story here and you will see the heavy involvement of Mark Waters in Handa-Lopez the crooked game developer.
What Mark Waters forgot is that most crooks eventually get caught, it’s just a matter of time.
Mark Waters is the man running Gambling Software, the game developer with offices in Vancouver, Canada. Apparently, they moved, but we didn’t check out the information yet, but we know for a fact that these crooks were actually hosting the game servers with the databases in Vancouver, where it’s totally illegal. We are not talking about the web sites that can be considered just advertising, we are talking about the servers where the games take place, and this is what makes them illegal.
Is Mark Waters out of his mind or what? Not really, he is simply a crook and like many, is prepared to take huge risks to make a quick dollar. Same as Starnet and Cryptologic, but also same as his previous work at Handa-Lopez.
Mark Waters held an important and very high key position when he worked with David Brown and Raymond Clark at Handa-Lopez Inc., Scylinx Corporation, Funscape.com and CasinoSoft.com. Mark Waters participated actively in cheating the players and the licensees, and selling rigged software.
The software developed by Handa-Lopez Inc. is the most rigged software we have ever seen. The payouts were less than 10% and the licensees were also massively cheated millions of dollars.
Mark Waters was lucky the first time, because he ran away from Sunnyvale in California to Vancouver in Canada. A programmer who used to work at Handa-Lopez Inc. told Gambling Magazine that Mark Waters stole the source codes and used it to set up his own company in Vancouver.
Gambling Magazine was also told that David Brown or Raymond Clark financed the new company in Vancouver with funds they stole from the US company.
When you are dealing with crooks, and nothing else than crooks, it’ssometimes hard to know all the details of all the scams.
The jail cells are already booked for David Brown and Raymond Clark, and we heard from an informant early this week that a warrant should be issued to arrest Mark Waters. Best to keep your toothbrush in your pocket Mark!
Good to see the first two crooks are going to jail

A lot of crooks have infiltrated the online gambling business, and they will do virtually anything to get rich. Some cheat the players, some the licensees, some the shareholders, and many cheat all of them like Starnet and Cryptologic.
The good thing about this is, that sooner or later, they get caught and end up in jail. Many people lost quite a bit of money with the gang at Handa-Lopez Inc. where Mark Waters actively contributed to the frauds.
Nobody likes to lose money, but money is not everything in life, the loss of the money is more than compensated by the pleasure of knowing that the crooks got raided by the FBI and the IRS, searched and arrested, and all their assets were frozen, and they will get thrown in jail and lose everything they have.
Mark Waters and his company, Gambling Software, are no different. They are crooks and they deserve to be jailed. There is currently a serious dispute regarding the payments due to the players of playersfortunecasino.com, a Gambling Software’s licensee.
Mark Waters collected the up-front fee from this licensee, and the ongoing licensee fees. His company do all the processing of the accounts and the licensee has no control over the funds.
It is his responsibility to make sure that his licensees are solvent to cover their debts and exposure, and his job to do the due diligence work before he signs a new licensee. He should make sure they are honorable business people.
In this case, players have lost approximately $170,000 and Mark Waters has offered to pay them only 15%, which is unacceptable. Nothing short of 100% settlement will be accepted.
This dispute has been going on for too long already. Steve Adkins from the Online Players Association has already contacted these crooks and given them the opportunity to settle this dispute. We fully support Steve, and we know he is doing a great job at protecting the players. We were frankly amazed to discover how patient he has been with these crooks.
We recommend to visit OnlinePlayersAssociation.com and the radio show at CasinoGazette.com
Gambling Magazine sent four requests to Mark Waters and the other crooks, and they refused to settle the dispute with the players.
The editors of CasinoMagazine.com, PlayerMagazine.com and GamingMagazine.com have agreed we should all join forces with Steve Adkins to obtain satisfaction for these players that are waiting for their money.
We will boycott Gambling Software and its licensees, because this could happen anytime again. We will list this junk company in the Game Developers Not Recommended section and the Biggest Crooks Of The Year plus the Black List.
This won’t stop there, we have more fun coming up with the horror stories about Handa-Lopez. We managed to get the complete files from an ex-licensee, and you will get a better idea of the crooked background and activities of Mark Waters and his new company, Gambling Software.
You can start by reading these stories we published some time ago, and guess who are their best and only friends? Starnet of course, who else!

In the meantime, we strongly advice our readers to stay away from their licensees because the risk of not getting paid is just too big.
