Cryptologic's Most Valuable Asset Disappeared! Shareholders Got Robbed! It’s A Well Known Fact That Intercasino.Com Represented Approximately 85% Of The Revenues.

It’s a well known fact that intercasino.com represented approximately 85% of the revenues and earnings for Cryptologic, and probably more.

Intercasino.com is owned by Cryptologic, and this is where the company got the large majority of its money. Owning the casino, Cryptologic could afford to spend much more money on marketing than any licensee, because they had the full margin, and didn’t have to share it with the licensee, normally 50-50%.

If you visit Cryptologic’s web site you will see in their "FAQ from Investors:" section, this very interesting question:

"Does CryptoLogic own or operate any Internet casinos?" and this is their amazing answer, a big lie: "Neither CryptoLogic nor its subsidiaries own or operate any online casinos."

Then our question is, who stole it?

There is no doubt that Cryptologic panicked after the RCMP raid on Starnet, they moved a few "sensitive" servers to the islands, and also some of their customer support and did some cleaning up in the paper work and structure of the companies.

A few "cosmetic" changes took place to try to hide the fact that Cryptologic is the owner of intercasino.com, but these won’t stand up to scrutiny, it’s all bullshit. If you trace where the money from intercasino.com ended up for all these years, you will get the picture.

The fact that Bill Scott financed the company, probably with illegal money coming from his criminal activities, is not a good enough reason to make intercasino.com disappear. This casino generates the most money for Cryptologic, and if the answer shown on their web site is accurate, then who stole intercasino.com?

If Cryptologic is not the owner of intercasino.com, then when did they sell it, and to who, and for how much? We couldn’t find any records of that anywhere but would be happy to publish Cryptologic’s explanations, if they have any.

Is this a family grocery store or a public company owned by shareholders?

If intercasino.com no longer belongs to Cryptologic, and the ink is probably still not dry, who is taking millions of dollars out of it, and not putting that money where it belongs, in Cryptologic’s accounting.

If intercasino.com is no longer owned by Cryptologic, where is the money from the sale?. In this case, the company is only worth a fraction of its current value.

The biggest and most profitable asset is gone, disappeared, and what did the shareholders get? NOTHING!

We invite Cryptologic to send us an explanation and will publish it with pleasure. Stay tuned for other updates on other issues. What a joke this company!
