With reference to your articles on the above two organisations, whilst I understand the process of the casino licensees taking legal action for their losses, how does this help the ordinary players of these casinos & users of Cryptologic to assert their rights to redress for monies lost if it can be confirmed that the casinos contracted to the Cryptologic set up are either bogus or rigged.
You may wish to appreciate that Cryptologic are used by a number of UK & European casinos as well & if you have any material evidence of malpractice, is it likely that players holding accounts with either the casinos or Cryptologic where money has been deposited, & in most instances, lost in the said casinos can be invited to be included in any group lawsuit. You may not realise that people playing worldwide & not just in the US could have just cause for redress as they were led to believe that these organisations were operating legally & fairly. The ordinary player is not in the business of subsidizing organized crime. I am therefore interested to know what rights thedeceived players have. I look forward to your response. *NAME EDITED* account holder, Cryptologic. Player of Intercasino, William Hill Casino, UK, (Cryptologic user) .......................................
ANSWER FROM OUR MAGAZINE:
There is no possible doubt that their software and systems are rigged, and in addition to this, we have seen money disappeared from the player’s account when the player was not even playing or touching the computer. This is straight stealing.
Cryptologic is running an illegal operation in Canada and they are currently under investigation by the police, and they are very closely associated with organized crime as intercasino.com is run by a heroin dealer who also financed Cryptologic and help them defraud investors.
Your best bet is to file a class action lawsuit and you should have no problem to find players to join. Our magazine can help you by publishing the lawsuit to assist the others to join. We can also share some valuable information, and the magazine will even seriously consider assisting you with the legal fees because this industry doesn’t want the “Mafia” of online gaming, and these crooks are just that.
