This is my 3rd email to you guys and still NO REPLY? You have the worst customer service and software I have ever seen. I emailed you twice over a week ago asking you about some problems I was having with your software and have yet to receive a reply. I was a customer of yours with your last software and had no problems with it and then you had to change it? Why? I have logged on several times to your new Casino practice software and have yet to complete a game because it freezes up or crashes my system. How do you expect to stay in business when you can't even respond to your emails and your games don't work??
I am uninstalling this stuff from my system and just wanted to let you know that I think you guys need to learn a lot about customer service.
